Sacher torte is the most famous dessert in the world, originating from Austria since 1832 by the Austrian pastry chef Franz Sacher. t's served in most Cafes in Vienna next to a cappuccino. Most of you know this cake from the famous "Hotel Sacher" but I think the cake can do better.
