On this camping trip I cooked fried egg breakfast sandwiches, lemon pepper trout with broccoli and rice, a wonderful cinnamon swirl cake, I roasted a whole chicken then fried another egg to test my pan seasoning's no stick properties. This was a fun camping trip to some familiar places where I know the fishing is good and the fall colors are magnificent! I try to come here every fall.
