Mid August Gardening Update - Still Harvesting - and Peppers Galore

In mid August, some things in the garden can start to look worn out and part there prime. That is why I planted some things in early July. Right now, the peppers are really showing off. We have lots of pepper plants, and most of them are loaded with peppers. Later this month and all of next month, we will be harvesting loads of peppers. We are already harvesting some, but we are nowhere hear out peak. The smaller melons are really producing a lot of melons, and we are getting a few water melons also. We even harvested one of the Royal Golden watermelons that are gold in color on the outside when they are ripe....but red on the inside.
