4 Beautiful Hikes Across Madeira | Europe's Steepest Cable Car

Welcome to a Magical Road Trip Across Madeira! In this video, we'll be driving, hiking, and sightseeing along the entire length of Madeira's beautiful coastlines. We begin at the far western point of the island, to take a ride on Europe's steepest cable car to reach the serene agricultural village of Achadas da Cruz. After this, were heading to São Vicente, to show you an incredible hidden gem that overlooks the valley and gives you breathtaking views, Capelinha de Nossa Senhora de Fátima. After this, we drive to Agua d'Alto Waterfall and explore some of Madeira's forgotten history Ribeira do Inferno. Next up, is Santana, home to the charming traditional Santana houses, and the epic Rocha do Navio hike (One of my personal favourite hikes on Madeira!). We finish our road trip just in time for sunset at Miradouro da Ponta de São Lourenço, one of the most eastern points of Madeira.
