I had to stop by this newly renovated space and see real estate transformed right before my eyes. Drax Hall is an area located between Ocho Rios and St. Ann’s Bay, St. Ann. In recent years many houses have been constructed in the area and many housing developments in the area have been completely sold out. The price for homes in this area has also significantly appreciated in value. It doesn’t come as a surprise to see more real estate development taking place here.
