The Crazy Reason My Transaxle Broke - Ep. 22

In this episode I explain why the transmission in my 924S Porsche had to come out to be fixed. Then we finish tearing it down and get it cleaned and ready for reassembly. Someone removed this bolt from the transmission, and that eventually caused it to become difficult to get the car into reverse. Also I found metal parts in the transaxle oil. This is what I discovered after taking the transaxle apart. If you own a 924S or a 944 Porsche, you should know about this bolt on the transaxle! I have no Idea why someone would take this bolt out, but they did, and now I'm fixing the problem they caused.
