With only 5 weeks to go until Boston Marathon 2023, Sara Vaughn does a fast workout in Boulder Colorado. Coached by husband Brent Vaughn, Sara's workout is a 4 x 2K around a 5:29/mi pace, 2 x 1K at 5:00/mi pace. During this build, Sara's been feeling in the best shape of her life while also staying healthy, allowing them to push her limits and get "a little greedy" in hopes of hitting a new PB and a podium spot at Boston.
