Ever wondered what to do in Melbourne? Or how much does it cost to explore Melbourne? We have you covered 🙌🏼 In this episode, we spent 24 hours in the beautiful city of Melbourne, Australia. Join us as we explore the city and show you some of the fantastic things you can do in just one day PLUS, we share with you what we spent in a day 🤑 (Accommodation costs not included; 1 night in Melbourne YHA for a private room for 2 = AUD $100-$150 EST). We started our day at one of Melbourne's cool and quirky coffee shops where we had breakfast before heading into Melbourne CBD for some shopping. From there, we went to the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, where we took a relaxing stroll through the lush greenery and enjoyed the stunning views. 😍 After spending some time in the gardens, we headed back towards the CBD to visit the laneways to see the famous graffiti art on Hosier Lane. After this, we show you how to get around Melbourne and where you can get a Myki Card at Flinders Street Station. We grabbed a coffee and a croissant before heading to St Kilda Beach for the rest of the afternoon. 🏖️ In the evening we visited the famous Queen Victoria Market, where you can enjoy some delicious local food and pick up some amazing souvenirs. It was hard to resist the amazing food here but we had other plans in mind... 🍔 We ended our day by sampling the Melbourne nightlife and visited an underground bar as well as a gin bar. It was the perfect way to end our 24 hours in Melbourne. 🏙️ Overall, our day in Melbourne was jam-packed with amazing experiences and sights, and we highly recommend this incredible city to anyone looking for a fun and exciting travel destination.
