If you're struggling with keeping up a healthy eating schedule or notice yourself skipping out on meals frequently and feel you might have an eating disorder, please consider talking to a doctor/therapist and discussing possibilities of treatment. 2. This audio discusses sensitive subjects and is not suited for everyone. I’ve been asked to make an eating disorder comfort audio quite a few times now, but was (and still am) very insecure in my ability to handle the topic correctly. I finally convinced myself to do it, because while some things I say in the audio might not be the 100% correct way of handling things, there can be other aspects that might help someone. I will say very clearly though, I’m not in a position to know how exactly I could actually help someone with an eating disorder and this is merely my attempt at COMFORT.
