The first bit of big news for the Realme X50 Pro 5G is that it will get a big bump in processing power as compared to the vanilla X50. The X50 Pro will come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, the same processor you’ll find in the Samsung Galaxy S20 series. For the record, the X50 only had a Snapdragon 765G. Elsewhere, the X50 Pro will have a Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. This is also an upgrade over the X50, as that had a higher refresh rate (120Hz) but an IPS LCD panel. The Realme X50 Pro 5G will also have an incredibly fast wired charging speed of 65W, which Realme is marketing as SuperDart. Even the $1,400 Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra only has 45W charging, and you need to buy a separate charger to get it to work. As far as design goes, we are relatively certain the device will feature a quad-lens camera on the rear, as the X50 had that going for it. A shadowy render on the Realme website also appears to confirm the X50 Pro will have a dual-lens selfie camera, which we also saw on the X50.
