I watched several YouTube videos demonstrating how simply cutting off the tip of the exhaust can enhance the depth of the exhaust note. So I couldn't resist trying it myself... For consistency, I recorded both videos from the same distance and angle. I didn't place the microphone close to the exhaust because I wanted to capture how the motorcycle actually sounds to the surrounding. Because in reality, no body will put their ears to the exhaust... ;P Checkout the results and let me know what you think.
