2nd Order High Pass Gaussian Filter as a Confirmation Indicator

We found another indicator with a bit of history. Not as much as last week's - that was incredible. You'll find this indicator has a concept many of us are familiar with. You'll get the gist when you watch the video. One production note, we seem to be popping our "t" and "p" sounds (which is fairly common), but we're going to see about getting that taken care of going forward.
