Scroll down to and tap on ‘general’. Then select ‘system manager’. Scroll down and tap on ‘usage mode’. You will now have to enter your TVs pin to continue, if you haven't set a pin the default pin will be 0000. Tap on ‘retail mode’ to turn retail mode on. Tap ‘ok’ on the popup. Your TV will now go into retail mode. To turn retail mode off, tap the home button on your remote and then use the arrow buttons to navigate to the left until you get to settings and tap ‘ok’ to open them. Scroll down to and tap on ‘general’. Then select ‘system manager’. Scroll down and tap on ‘usage mode’. You will now have to enter your TVs pin to continue, if you haven't set a pin the default pin will be 0000. Select ‘home mode’ and your TV will change to home mode and no longer be in retail mode.
