West Yorkshire Country Walk Last of the Summer Wine Country Holmfirth Ramsden and Digley Reser

Our video is a guided walk in Last of the Summer Wine Country. We start off in Holmfirth then drive up to Ramsden and Brownhill Reservoirs. From the car park we walk uphill and follow the Holmbridge and Holme Walk to Holmbridge. We then make our way to Digley Reservoir and follow the Kirklees Way to Bilberry Reservoir, Holme and back to Ramsden Reservoir. This is a moderate walk on footpaths and tracks and through fields with stiles and gates. There are also some short stretches of minor road and a few stiff inclines and declines. Elevation: Approx lowest point 181.5m (595.5ft) Approx highest point 311.2m (1021ft) Approx 5.4 miles allow 2¼ hours using OS Explorer Map OL1 the Peak District, Dark Peak Area.
