This is a motivational story of APJ Abdul Kalam whose life was changed by Swami Shibananda (এপিজে আবদুল কালাম : জীবনের মোড় ঘুরিয়েছিলেন স্বামী শিবানন্দ মহারাজ). When Dr. Abdul Kalam's Air Force Dream falls down, he meets Swamiji in Rishikesh. There he gets the lesson : 'You defeat the defeatist tendency'. This advice influenced him deeply and totally changed his course of entire life. স্কুল থেকে পাইলট হওয়ার লক্ষ্যকে পাখির চোখ করে এপিজে আবদুল কালাম স্যার সেন্ট জোসেফ কলেজে ফিজিক্স নিয়ে পড়েছিলেন, এমআইটিতে অ্যারোনটিকাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং পড়েছিলেন, হ্যালের প্র্যাকটিক্যাল কোর্স করেছিলেন, সবশেষে এয়ার ফোর্সের পরীক্ষার জন্য কঠোর-কঠিন পরিশ্রমও করেছিলেন, অথচ তাঁর পাইলট হবার মিশন শেষ পর্যন্ত ব্যর্থ হয়েছিল। সেই ব্যর্থতার সাথে সাথে তাঁর জীবনের সমস্ত আশার আলো যেন একমুহূর্তে নিভে গিয়েছিল। বিষন্ন, বিষাদগ্রস্ত আবদুল কালাম স্যার দেরাদুন থেকে ঋশিকেশে যান। আর সেখানেই স্বামী শিবানন্দ সরস্বতী মহারাজের সাথে তাঁর সাক্ষাৎ হয়। সেই সাক্ষাৎকারেই পাল্টে গেল তাঁর গোটা জীবন। স্বামীজি তাঁকে উপদেশ দিয়েছিলেন : "You defeat the defeatist tendency." সেই উপদেশকে অবলম্বন করেই এপিজে আবদুল কালাম স্যার খুঁজে পেয়েছিলেন তার আত্মবিশ্বাস এবং জীবনে লড়াই করার প্রত্যয়। পাল্টে গিয়েছিলো তাঁর পরবর্তী জীবন। স্বামী শিবানন্দ সরস্বতী মহারাজ হয়ে উঠেছিলেন তাঁর জীবনের গুরু। একজন সফল মানুষ হিসাবে তিনি বহু ক্ষেত্রে গুরুর প্রতি তাঁর ঋণ অকপটে স্বীকার করেছেন। তা, একজন হিন্দু সন্ন্যাসী কিভাবে ডক্টর এপিজে আবদুল কালাম স্যারের জীবনের মোড় ঘুরিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন, সেই অবিশ্বাস্য ঘটনা নিয়েই এই ভিডিও। Now please watch this video and express your views in the comment section below.
