In this week's what I eat in a day vlog I'm sharing the high protein meals I eat to stay strong, lean, balance hormones, and combat sugar cravings. In a full day of eating, I try to get around 0.75-1g protein per lb of body weight or around 20-40g per meal. Getting enough quality protein is so important for the body because it helps regulate blood sugar and supports lean muscle and ultimately a health body weight. Add the cauliflower, peas and carrots, marinara, and all spices. Toss to combine and evenly distribute the spices. Cook for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are warmed through.
