This video takes you through the basic workflow of how to easily add text, characters or numbers to faces in the part design in FreeCAD. This is approached in a very simple way with using a 8 sided dice similar to what you would see in role playing games or dungeons and dragons. We will first learn how to build the dice in FreeCAD and then learn how to attach text to the side of the dice allowing FreeCAD to pocket or pad / extrude the letters of numbers.
