3000 Steps Dance Workout | Fun & Low Impact

This dance workout is all about having fun while exercising. I put together some music that always brings a smile to my face and makes me want to move and my hope is that it will provide you with the same benefits! This is a fun and low impact workout geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. We'll be accomplishing around 3000 steps...this will all depend on how fast you go for the fast walking/jogging intervals. If you go at the same pace as me, you'll reach more than 3000 steps but if you need to walk fast instead, that is totally okay but the steps will be lower. This workout is meant to be modified so please cater the workout for yourself and go at whatever pace works best for YOU.
