This charming village and its enchanting waterfalls offer a blend of historical significance, natural beauty, and local culture. Rosemarkie is known for its stunning coastal scenery, with a long sandy beach that is popular for walks and spotting marine wildlife, including dolphins and seals. Fairy Glen Waterfalls are located just a short walk from Rosemarkie village, nestled in a woodland glen. The glen has a mystical and legendary reputation, with folklore suggesting it was a place where fairies lived.
