The rules of the game The game is played in groups of 3-8 players. Every player has 6 grammar cards and the rest of the cards are on the desk in a pack. In turns the students put a card with a signal word on the desk and name the tense. The other students should look for a match to this signal word. For example, signal word NOW -- its match can be IS V-ING or ARE V-ING or AM V-ing. In a word, they should match a signal word to a verb form used for the same tense. If there is a match, these cards are no longer in the game and those students who used them should take new cards form the pack on the desk. If there is no match, it means that the necessary card is still ın the pack and the students should take their cards back and continue playing. The winner is a person who has no more cards on hand.
