I purchased and installed a brand new DF150AP cylinder head assembly from a Suzuki dealer in Indiana on eBay for $1000 on my 2008 DF150. My previous cylinder head (2008 model) was pretty badly corroded and had holes in the water jacket. New head was a direct bolt on with reuse of the original cam shafts (Per the advice of my mechanic at Friday’s Marine in Saluda, VA) It was leaking water into the oil, which is a common issue with older Suzuki’s especially if the owner hasn’t done regular flushing and salt treatment.
