The development maintains existing roads and green infrastructure, offering expansive living spaces. The open park villa features an open floor plan that integrates indoor and outdoor areas, with a central patio enhancing this connection. Its five distinct volumes, minimalist facades, and bamboo canopies create a dynamic exterior.
