At Australia Post, we recognise the value in the resilience and determination that refugees bring, and are committed to fostering a culture of acceptance, understanding, and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds. We’re proud to launch our first Refugee Employment and Engagement Action Plan, our next step in creating a workforce that is reflective of the diverse communities we serve. Although this is our first official plan, we have been committed to supporting refugee integration through the Welcome Project, launched in 2022.
