The LPC is tasked with reviewing and evaluating proposed projects. The LPC will narrow down the full list to a slate of the most transformative, ready projects to include in the DRI Strategic Investment Plan. 1. Evaluation matrix is a qualitative framework to assess projects against the State's criteria 2. LPC will evaluate the projects using established criteria and worksheet. A. Fill out evaluation worksheet for each project B. Check and initial each completed review (or recusal) on project list cover page 3. LPC Members to be provided with access to updated Project Submission Material by early September. 4. The LPC will provide evaluation criteria feedback on projects by September 18.
