Omg so my last microwave broke and i decided to upgrade my husband said i did a great job after putting it first we toasted bread the we heated up a pizza it was perfect true to size bigger then the one i had so make sure u look at the measurement lucky i have enough space Loved this microwave over the last 3.5 years. Moving into a new apartment that has one built in so sadly going to have to let it go. It looks great and works even better. Cant speak to the longevity of this model, but am tired of replacing microwaves because the interior (white) paint starts to chip and flake. This is my third microwave in ten years. Both previous models worked fine, but the paint began flaking off, and the internet seems pretty insistent that you cant use a microwave once that starts to happen - unless you want to do the dirty job of sanding and repainting with special microwave paint. No thanks. The interior of this one looks more like a conventional oven than a microwave - dark gray with flecks. This seems like a much better idea for the inside of a microwave than white - much less likely to show every tiny bit of tomato sauce, coffee, and anything else that spills or splatters. Even when spills do occur, there will be a lot less scrubbing and wiping to keep things clean. So Im giving this a try. A microwave that cooks well is useless if you have to throw it away because its weakest part is failing. Not sure why the industry insists on white interiors as the norm, but the ceramic finish from Samsung seems like a great idea. Heres hoping the rest of this model lives up to the promise of the interior. I have a definite affinity for Samsung products, well except their phones as Im iPhone all the way. They generally make quality products at affordable prices and this microwave is no different. It works exceptionally well and much quicker than other microwaves that Ive used. The food doesnt require nearly as much time to get to the perfect munch time temperature. The ceramic coating on the inside of the device is a nice touch as well.Now, with that said, I do have some cons as well. It sits pretty low on the counter and as a result of the shape of our counters, the door doesnt open all the way. I have to set the microwave on something that lifts it up about a half inch in order to use it properly. Its not a huge issue for me but might be a deal breaker for some.You should also know that its a finger print magnet! Im constantly having to wipe the door eject button because its covered in smudges from relatively light use. Again, not a deal breaker for me but I would have liked to see something a little more smudge proof.My first unit was delivered with a small dent on the top. The packaging was superb so my only conclusion is that FedEx banged it up. I contacted Amazon and they were excellent about sending a replacement, no questions asked. love this microwave..small big enough for my kitchen.. Great counter microwave with a sleek and modern look. The grill is great, it heats up pizza like an oven so it's nice and crispy. Foood heats up thoroughly quickly.
