So, if we’re talking about foods that arrest vitiligo, then we’ve got to first talk about root causes. Because foods that help to address the root causes, those are going to be the foods that help to heal vitiligo. So these foods might be different for each person. So if you look at this diagram here. Vitiligo is a complex condition. We know from medical research that each of these are root causes behind vitiligo. I also see this in my practice. Most people that have vitiligo are dealing with a number of these root causes and we’re able to confirm that with laboratory testing. So if we know that these things are the root causes behind vitiligo. If we’re talking about arresting vitiligo and we’re talking about foods. The foods that help to heal vitiligo are going to be helpful in addressing these root causes. So for example nutritional deficiencies common in vitiligo - I’m going to be talking about foods that are nutrient dense foods that don’t have a lot of toxic chemicals foods that heal leaky, Foods that don’t feed infection and bacterial overgrowth. Foods that are not putting stress on your immune system. Dysbiosis is an imbalance in the microbiome of the digestive tract that is significant enough to negatively impact health. It usually involves an increase in bad microbes and a decrease in good microbes. So when I work with people one on one, I use laboratory tests to to identify these things so that we can develop a nutrition plan that’s individualized to them. Some I’ve got a free guide that goes into these factors more. So if you’d like to get access to that I’m going to put a link below in the comments.
