Install the launcher gzdoom 4, the mods and the wad file of the games HEXEN.wad or HERETIC.wad (You can find it in the folder of the games on steam), copy the launcher of GZDOOM, create a shortcut, right click on it and go in properties, go in target and add "-file nameofthemod.pk3", launch it, it should work, you can add expansions maps (normal maps) with adding "nameofthemap.wad" in the target of the properties.
