About the hangers: The Cardington Hangars are two large aircraft hangars in Bedfordshire, England. Originally built for airships, they are massive structures known for their historical and architectural significance. The first hangar, known as Shed No. 1/Hanger 1, was initially 700 feet long (approximately 210 meters) when constructed in 1915. It was later extended to 812 feet (approximately 247 meters) in length, but they are renowned for their impressive size, capable of housing large airships in the past.
