Calangute Residency room rate (01/08/2023) was AC Delux cottage Rs.4480, AC Delux Resort Front Rs.5600, AC Delux Resort Suite Rs.6384 and AC Delux Side View Rs.5040 , extra person 25% per room tariff. Child ( 3 to 11 years ) Rs. 560/- All above rates are inclusive of all taxes and including breakfast . The seasonal price variation and location advantage of the resort being next to the beach. We received a 10% discount on the price of the AC Deluxe Suite Sea View, which was originally Rs. 6,384 per room. The total amount paid was Rs. 11,490 for 2 rooms , so for each room, we paid Rs. 5,745 including all taxes and breakfast Accommodation: Calangute Residency offers comfortable cottages and spacious rooms, making it an excellent choice for families. Just be prepared for limited connectivity options. Before booking the Deluxe Suites Sea View i inspected the cottages , but these rooms are away from the beach and no direct access to the beach. I found that the rooms and toilets were clean , however the passage leading to the rooms had an unpleasant stench and was damp.
