'The Human Factor: Learning from Gina's Story' is a hard-hitting film by Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust that tells the tragic story of how a simple human and procedural mistake caused a tragic incident at the Trust in February 2013. We again thank Gina and her husband Tom for their assistance in making this film possible and for supporting us in our mission to learn from the event and ensure that all health professionals have the opportunity to see the film and take from it the hard-hitting messages it carries.
