NOTE: THIS MAProject is APART of the 2023 Halloween MAPATHON found here: [   • HALLOW'S EVE MAPathon 2023  ] After almost 2 years, my most passionate MAProject to date is COMPLETE!!!!!!! SOBBING. This MAP is my pride, my joy, my baby and a dream that came true! I seriously cannot express my deepest gratitude in any conceivable way towards ALL the hardworking and outstandingly talented 49 animators and artists behind this project. I am forever thankful for all the hard work, devotion and intuition that went into making this MAP a reality! All participants and credits animators poured their hearts & souls into their parts so that this video could exist so please be sure to subscribe to them and show some lovely support, they deserve the world and many of them are criminally underrated! It was such a pleasure to work with every single one of them! This SCRIPTED MAProject features my own made AU and the narrative is set before, during and after the events of “Mapleshade's Vengeance”. I really hope everyone likes it, it doesn’t deviate from canon that much but it means the world to me!! Ravenwing x Birchface will be my favourite Warriors pairing FOREVER. ❤️ ⭐️ PREMISE OF THE PROJECT:⭐️ At their apprentice ceremonies, Ravenpaw is taken under Oatspeckle’s wing to become the next medicine cat while Birchpaw is a warrior trainee. Their romantic feelings for each other slowly start to develop. However, both of them are placed under highly stressful expectations and a clan with very watchful eyes so they must keep their true feelings at bay due to the Warrior Code forbidding such a relationship. As adult warriors the two toms are faced with difficult changes in their lives which become obstacles; Birchface is the leaders’ son and so is set under heavy pressure to be a perfect mentor and role model while Ravenwing isolates himself with medicine cat duties since without his now deceased mentor works alone. Ultimately their lives are met with tragically sudden ends; Birchface dies in a battle for Sunningrocks by drowning while Ravenwing dies for exposing Mapleshade’s secret.
