Welcome to Chapter 2 of the Night Lords Omnibus - entitled, 'Vision.' In this chapter, we bear witness to one of the many encounters between Talos and the Exalted - the warped Brother-Captain of the VIII Legion. These encounters are prophetic in nature and can feel jarring at first because Talos is recounting a future event as though it is a memory (because to Talos it is a memory, just one that hasn't come to pass yet.) It's a tense chapter and leaves the reader with a sense of dread as to what is to come in the future of the VIII Legion and First Claw. Please enjoy.
