Over a decade ago I did some recitals towards my masters degree. I was able to finally get them digitized and edited a bit. Jaco Pastorius has been and still is one of my bass heroes for so many reasons! I love his music creating magic as a player, composer/arranger and general phenom...I hope to one day be vaguely in his league in the same way:-) Apologies for the terrible video quality but it was a struggle from the outset even on the day of recording:-( The Band: Chris Engel - Saxophones Nichola Shrire - Saxophones/Vocals Lwanda Gogwana - Trumpet Bokani Dyer - Piano/Synth Heinrich Goosen - Drums I would like to yet again thank every one of the amazing souls who played on my recitals over the years!
