The answer to why that is? Time. In 20 minutes, only 6 out of the 14 chapter 2 missions were completed, and it's only going to get worse with more missions and higher level demons. So for the sake of my sanity, and anyone else who decides to give this challenge a try, this rule is now in place. Certain restrictions may have to be changed later on to make the challenge possible, given that the difficulty has already spiked thanks to the level restriction.
