Hey yall! Here's an AU video I made where Galadriel is really Legolas' mother-just b/c I think it would be interesting to pair her with the elven king, plus they are both FABULOUS. xD haha but really, I thought this was fun-and I left out song lyrics for those of you who didn't like that in my previous videos. PLOT: (not seen) Galadriel and Thranduil grew up as childhood friends-both high in status, and in kin-though they cared not much about that. As years passed, they grew mature, and so did their friendship-into more of a childlike love...but they had to part-so Thranduil gave Galadriel a ring to stand like a promise, that they would always think of each other, non matter where they were... (seen) Galadriel returns after years-hearing that Thranduil is near...and she visits him. Neither had seen each other for many ages...and until now, Thranduil had many times doubted that Galadriel still would love him. However-she shows him the one ring she had always kept from him. He asks how long she has kept it-and she says, all this time... Galadriel and Thranduil are married soon, now that they once more are together, their love still very pure-and all come to behold the great elven couple. Flash forward, Galadriel sees a vision in the mirror of her and Thranduil having a child-legolas, grown and well, to which they are both overjoyed, as well as the entire kingdom. They prosper for years until the baby is born-but the war comes. Galadriel knows that Sauron can only be defeated by the one ring-but she can help somewhat-she can banish his power, send him away. During the fight, she flees the castle to protect Legolas-Thranduil is out fighting, and while she is in Gol Dulgor-the knights of shadow surround her-and Thranduil sees her saying goodbye to Legolas...she sees him then, one last time-as she uses all her strength and power to push away the evil, the darkness of Sauron and his minions. It works-however she is slain by a near orc, as well as her lack of strength, and she falls to the ground. Thranduil, in a ferocious rage for the loss of his wife, kills all the orcs around them, and mourns his lover as she lay unwaking. At the end he tells his son this story-and that truly, Legolas' mother loved him more than anything-even more than her own life. She will always be remembered.
