Doctor Octopus Tribute

Otto Octavius was a renowned doctor in nuclear physics, scientific researcher and inventor. Octavius designed a chest harness with four articulated, radiation-resistant titanium metal tentacles, endowed with great strength and precision, which he would use to manipulate radioactive elements from a distance. After an accident in the laboratory, several radioactive organic liquids exploded and fused their harness to Octavius' body, who acquired the power to move them at will, using only thought.
