A series meant to ignite your energy for spring, increase your flexibility, state of well being and inner balance. We move through various yin poses, finding more activity, rather than passivity in the postures. Its meant to open up the chest, back and shoulders and help you feel good! This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
