This video is for those who suffer from SPD, or Sensory Processing Disorder. The short version is where your brain can’t process normal senses and you deal with a “sensory overload”. My son suffers from this, but only when certain sounds trigger him such as yelling, or a crowd of people.. it’s usually noises, and sometimes different fabrics or food textures bother him too. Anyway, I wanted to do a video dedicated to this as I figured those who have it may not like the constant asmr sounds, it can be too much. So in this video I only turned on one light, I chose triggers that were not too loud or too soft, I spoke in a direct word for word dialogue and took my time creating asmr. The toys used are made for children on the spectrum, therefore their sounds are gentle too. I hope this brings relaxation for not only those with SPD, but everyone! So please!
