My attempts of capturing Jupiter with NexImage 10.

This video is about my attempts of capturing Jupiter and Saturn since all the planets are aligned in one view.  The camera I used was the NexImage10 from late 2016 about the same time as WinJupos, don't qoute me it's what I can remember. My first try to image a planet such as Jupiter takes more skill than imaging your local messier groups, you have the earth's atmosphere and the fast rotation of Jupiter to ever get a clean shot. Did I use WinJupos, no, learning how to post-process in wavelets is a steep learning curve but, in time I'll learn?   So after watching hours of videos of Christopher Go with Simon on Telescopes.net, I packed up for clear dark skies and drove out to the country. I was eaten alive with lots of bug bites, I regret not having auto focuser for this trip. On the next trip out I will use autofocus and learn to get better at post-processing wavelets. I did find my 3x Barlow, I will put that to good use on Saturn. EQMOD solar tracking, I didn't need guide scope functionality, the mount stayed with the planets.
