You’ll never stop the flow of “stuff” coming at you. Effective time management is about choosing what you need to do, what you need others to do, and what to say no to. Managing your time to feel more productive is about establishing habits or behaviors and then having the right tools in place to support those behaviors. This Ask the Experts session will teach you tools to keep track of everything on your to-do list, how to clarify and organize your tasks up front, maximizing your productive energy state, ways to beat procrastination, and more! The Experts: Paul Casey, Growing Forward Services Garth Reed, Training and Development Program Manager, U.S. Dept. of Energy Ask the Experts is a series of monthly workshops aimed at educating people on crucial business topics. Thanks to the generosity of STCU, the Ask the Experts program is offered free of charge to the entire Tri-Cities business community. Each session features two to three local professionals who have demonstrated expertise in the featured monthly topic and are willing to share what they have learned, as well as answer questions from participants. Ask the Experts is offered in hybrid format on the third Tuesday of every month from 3 - 4:30 p.m. - in-person at the Bechtel Board Room at the Tri-Cities Business and Visitor Center building (with light refreshments), as well as live on Zoom. Eventually the session can be viewed on demand on YouTube.
