海達邨該邨坐落於香港九龍深水埗區長沙灣深旺道，介乎連翔道與興華街西交界，邨內部份下方為廣深港高速鐵路香港段的隧道。原址曾為深水埗（東京街）巴士總站。全邨於2020-2022年分三期落成。停車場以八達通收費。 Hoi Tat Estate situates at the Sham Mong Road, Sham Shui Po / Cheung Sha Wan of Kowloon. It is built between Lin Cheung Road and Hing Wah Street West. Part of the estate built on top of the tunnel of the Express Railway (Hong Kong Section). The site was the then Sham Shui Po (Tonkin Street) Bus Terminus. There are three phases in the estate which started commissioning between 2020 and 2022.
