Loaded Cauliflower Soup -- Low Carb -- Keto Loaded Cauliflower Soup Ingredients: 1/2 onion diced small 2 Tbsp. butter 1 bag frozen cauliflower 3 cups chicken broth 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 4 oz. cream cheese softened and cubed 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup heavy cream Directions: Sauté the onions in the butter Add one bag chopped cauliflower florets Add 3 cups chicken stock Add the garlic powder and salt Stir and bring to a boil Cook for 12 minutes until cauliflower is soft Once done use an immersion blender and blend till smooth Add 4 oz cream cheese and 1 cup shredded cheddar and stir until it is melted Add 1/2 cup heavy cream.
