Error: Mistakenly assumed this razor was from Yaqi, but it looks like it is from Razorock and called the "Self Lubricating Open Comb". ---- Got this razor and soap as a part of a box purchase. Glad to bring the razor here, since I have seen it around a lot. But especially looking forward to trying Spearhead soap for the first time. I think the open comb on the top cap is a gimmick, but in spite of that, this razor does hold on pretty tight to the blade. I did enjoy my shave. I like a vintage Tech better. And as for another zamak razor I might like better, I'd go with the ultra smooth Baili BD176. But if you now have this razor, and you didn't pay more than 20 USD for it, I think you got an okay deal and have a good razor for the money. The vanilla is not too strong here... if you like vanilla. Which I'm starting to think is just not for me as a shave product. At least as a dominant note. Lather: Really really nice lather. Creamy, smooth, held water well. Competes with the top out there, from this first impression.
