One of Sicily's most fascinating cities with spectacular architecture and a bustling fish market. Filmed on June 7, 2022, the city of Catania is buzzing with energy. We start at the bustling fish market in the historic city center and move to the Piazza del Duomo. The Fountain of the Elephant comes into view in the center of the piazza, which is surrounded by the beautiful Cattedrale di Sant'Agata and many cafes. Next, we move along the busy shopping street Via Etnea with its gelaterias and pasticcerias. On our tour we enter Piazza Università and pass by a stunning row of UNESCO recognized churches on Via Crociferi. Later in the evening, we return to the fish market and a small piazza decorated with colorful umbrellas which full of people enjoying street music and an early evening drink.
