Hello everyone! I hope you like this recipe. I combined it with a Tuna salad and Shrimp Salad to pair nicely with the fried plantain. For this recipe you will need a couple of different ingredients depending on what you want to make. Here in this video I combined a tuna salad and a shrimp salad to eat with my patacones. I will have the ingredients labeled for what you will need them for. Tuna Salad Ingredients: (Time stamp: 1:17-3:10) - 3 cans of tuna - lime juice (1 lime) - 1 red onion diced - 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables - 2 tbsp of mustard - 4 tbsp of mayonnaise - diced jalapenos if you would like to add spice Patacones (Fried Plantain) ingredients: (Time stamp: 3:11-10:47) - 4 green plantain - 1 tbsp salt - cooking oil Shrimp Salad Ingredients: (Time stamp: 11:33-19:00) - cilantro bunch - 2 serrano peppers for spice - 2 tomatoes - 2 avocados - 3 limes - 1 small red onion - 1/2 bell pepper - 1 cucumber - 2 tbsp of chives - 1.5 tsp of salt - 2lb of shrimp
