Continuing the Northern Europe Cruise series - Day 3 we are in Bremerhaven. This port was a last minute change our itinerary. Originally we were set to stop off in Hamburg but due to a hazard spill in the harbour they abandoned this port. It was a cold hazy day as we wandered the streets around the marina and shopping centre. We braved the 89 meter ascent up the Sail Hotel to the viewing platform and luckily for us the weather cleared and revealed vistas across the German landscape. After this we had a Spa session booked. We enjoyed a few hours in the Rainforest room. Then later we had to get dressed for the evening and fancied the quick service and options from the Quays . this allowed us to eat and get to the Main theatre for the headline show Greatest Days - a Take That themed production featuring a storyline with some hits woven in...
