This is how I made a frozen pizza on the Blackstone griddle. It came out really good and I would definitely do it again. This is our favorite kind of pizza, Eastside café white sausage pizza, but you could do this with any pizza except the time will vary depending on how thick the crust is. From the time I put the pizza on to when it finished it took about 16 minutes and I kept the griddle between 400-425 degrees. I have also heard of people using a torch to brown the top of the cheese, so I might try that next time to speed things up. Let me know if you give this a try and how you like it.
