People pleasers tend to put the needs, thoughts and feelings of others before their own. This video looks at some of the common behaviours of people pleasing such as over apologising and over thinking. Looking also at some of the common motivations such as fear of conflict, lack of boundaries and low assertiveness, and some of the causes such as codependency, a fawning response to trauma or being highly sensitive.
