Step 2 Soak almonds in water overnight. Remove the skin from almonds.Bland togather cashew nuts & almonds and add into the bowl. Step 3 Mix well all the ingredients for the marinade. Wash the boneless chicken & cut them into cubes. Step 4 Gently rub the marinade over the chiken pieces and marinate for 2 hours or even overnight. Step 5 Fill up a oven safe glass bowl or tray with water and place it in the bottom rack. Step 6 Thread the chicken pieces into skewers and place it on top of the rack of the oven as shown.(Soak the skewers for 30 mins in water to prevent burning) Step 7 Preheat the Oven at 250ºC for 15 minutes with both upper & lower rod ON and cook or Bake at 250ºC for 30 minutes oruntil chicken tenders and becomes juicy (or the pieces look little charred.). Turn the pieces over after 20 minutes so that they cook evenly.
