Two Month Recap: Grounding, Trusting, and Vocalizing

January 9th, 2023 [12:43]: For the first time in honestly a calm 2 and half months my shadow self decided to pop out. I made this inspirational video and felt free from my shackles of hell. Couple days later she decided to resurface. I won't get into why or what the situation was about. It made me realize how much longer this journey is about to be. I'm not completely healed as I make it seem. However I am aware of that and I do make the effort to do and be better when I can. I'm not sure what triggered me in the way it did to break free, but what I can say is she was waiting patiently over a couple of days. I did have a dark cloud over me and my body feels like it's betraying me. It's actually pretty comical that the tone of my video and the tone I am speaking in are completely different. It makes you think which one is true. When both are true. Two things can happen simultaneously. Think about it in a sense of a football game, where one team wins and the other team doesn't. Both teams were in the experience together, but one team experience has a higher positive outcome than the other. This can be applied to a single individual and how things can happen simultaneously, although this recorded video and me currently typing this description are happening at different times. I whole heartedly feel free and grounded as I was recording my recap. However the ground was lifting up and new emotions started to arise. I was feeling/am feeling both at once. It's annoying and causing a disruption within me. However it's up for me to now choose which feeling do I want to be here long term and what I want to be the absolute truth.
